Extra Speed Blog – most fast free WordPress Template

Extra Speed Blog – it is my new WordPress template for free use. Firstly, it hight-quality code and simple unobtrusive design. Secondly, it adaptive layout via Bootstrap 4 and full mobile-friendly. Also it very flex layout for best viewing on PCs, tablets and smartphones. Thirdly, full compatibility for all major browsers – Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and IE/Edge.
But seems like, the most importantly – it is the maximum speed with the result that 100/100 in Google PageSpeed Insights test. Just check it (links bellow). Probably, this is first of the world Bootstrap theme with 100/100 Google PageSpeed result.

Extra Speed Blog WordPress Template, base information:

Cleared code doing good Text/HTML ratio – without doubt it important parameter for SEO. Auto-generated alt and title attributes for thumbnails. In addition smart titles in header use h2 for single post and h1 for other pages. It mean, for single post will be one h1 only – the post title. As a result, you will have the fastest WordPress Template and have base internal SEO-optimisation.

Additional features: three blocks for widgets (one in the sidebar and two in the footer), two customizable menus and customization for header (background, font color, logotype and header image). Also the theme have helpfull settings for balance between speed and compatibility. For example, you need some very old plugin on the your site – and on the condition that plugin not work with “defer” attribute, you can just disable “defer” in theme settings. But you must be remembered – if you will disable of some options (such as “defer” attribute) – I can`t guarantee the maximum speed.

Installation

It very easy, analogous to any other WordPress template:
1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance -> Themes and click the Add New button.
2. Click Upload and Choose File, then select the extra-speed-blog.zip file. Click Install Now.
3. Click Activate to use your new theme right away.

Customization

1. Configuring the Blog Name and Description
* Go to Settings -> General.
* Change Site Title.
* Change Tagline.

2. Configuring Menus
* Go to Appearance -> Menus
* Add and change Menus.

3. Configuring Widgets
* Go to Appearance -> Widgets
* Add and change Widgets.
